New Lake View Cemetery Foundation Board member, Andrew Zashin is a third generation Cleveland lawyer and lead partner at Zashin and Rich, located in the new Ernst & Young Tower in the new Flats East Bank area. Known for their work in domestic relations law, including divorce, dissolution, child custody, support issues, martial settlement agreements and equitable property divisions, Zashin and Rich is licensed in Ohio, Florida, New York, Washington D.C. and the federal courts.

In his distinguished career, Andrew has received numerous accolades for his capabilities and effective representation of his clients. Andrew has been named a Fellow of both the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyersand the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. In 2007; a well-known national lawyer rating guide awarded Andrew its highest rating – Super Lawyer. This rating is reserved for lawyers who have “reached the heights of professional excellence” and “the highest levels of skill and integrity.”

Andrew is an Adjunct Professor at Case Western Reserve University School of Law where he teaches an advanced family law course. Andrew has published numerous articles regarding family law topics and regularly presents and lectures on family law related topics. He is regularly sought as a legal commentator and analyst for regional and national media. He has been quoted in the New York Times and has made appearances on The Today Show, CNN, The Anderson Cooper Show, MSNBC, National Public Radio (NPR) “The Here and Now” and many others. Andrew is a huge fan of Cleveland and in particular, Lake View Cemetery. He has joined the Community Outreach Committee and is actively engaged in helping expand Lake View’s iconic 5k race – Run Through History – A Race to Die For!
